I'm inclined to say 3 bed, but more info... square footage? bedroom size comparison (ie are the 5 bedrooms - except master - all tiny compared to the 3 bed)? How long do you want to be there and how about family growth? I'll tell you 3 bed is hard if you want an office, but want to split a boy and a girl, or have 3 kids like us and the baby is in the office. Will you need 5 beds - do you want to clean 3 baths? :)
